At Petrified Fish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
